Who Am I?

My husband and I packed our suitcases, took our 7-month-old son under our arm, and flew off. We lived there for a year. At the time, my son was still breastfeeding and would wake up several times a night. I didn’t have the support of a grandmother or anyone else there. I was alone with him for long hours, and my eyes would shut on their own during the day. I felt absent and frustrated.

Thankfully, my Australian friends told me about sleep consultants, which are very popular there. I think it’s fair to say that every second mom consults one. So, I gave it a try. It turned out that just a few changes were enough for my son to start sleeping through the night. It was a true revolution for me. My son began functioning better during the day, became more cheerful, and ate better. And me? I went from being an exhausted mom and wife to being present and happier

That’s why I believe I can help many moms and their little ones. I’ve experienced it myself. As a mom of two, enriched by the knowledge I now have, I can’t imagine not having it today. 😊
