Thanks to Adriana, my child learned to fall asleep independently
I’ll admit I was skeptical, but I was also at my wit’s end. Rocking my baby while bouncing on a ball caused such terrible back pain that no massage could help anymore—only dry needling provided some relief. I had tried multiple times to teach my child how to fall asleep on their own, but it always ended with an hour of intense crying and complete confusion on my child’s part.
On top of that, I needed to move my baby to their crib in their own room because it was no longer safe to keep them in the bedside sleeper. How was I supposed to do all this? Should I tackle everything at once or take it step by step? My head was spinning. I watched several webinars about child sleep, read all the free eBooks I could find, and tried to implement the advice on my own—without success.
That’s when I knew something had to change. Through word of mouth, I heard about Adriana. Both my partner and I were skeptical, but we saw no other way forward. It was do or die. We decided to work with her, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made.
Adriana took a holistic approach. She carefully analyzed our current situation and proposed changes that required us to establish a routine in our lives—adjusting our activities so as not to disrupt the rhythm. Even for someone as highly active as me, it turned out to be possible.
The first bedtime was challenging, but not as difficult as we had expected. We prepared ourselves for two hours of tough emotions and multiple night wakings, but our child fell asleep after just 30 minutes and slept through the night. Of course, there were tears, but that was a natural reaction to changing the rules. My child was expressing their dissatisfaction, just as anyone would when faced with new boundaries.
The next day, my child fell asleep within 15 minutes, babbling, rolling around in their crib, taking out and putting back their pacifier, and cuddling their favorite toy. I felt like I was home. This was exactly what I wanted—peaceful, independent falling asleep—because raising my child with a close, nurturing bond is very important to me.
All of this was possible thanks to the routine we implemented. It extended nap times, reduced overstimulation, and, as a result, my child was no longer overtired and started sleeping through the night. I thought I already knew and applied all of this, but somehow it hadn’t worked. What we needed was faith in the process, structured guidance, and support from someone external.

Luciano’s Journey to Better Sleep
I contacted Adriana because my 8 old week baby was not sleeping enough according to his age (only 11 / 12 hours per day) and he was constantly fighting to get asleep. She analyzed thoroughly our case and gave us a lot of useful tips and a very good sleeping schedule. Two weeks later, Luciano was sleeping 14 hs per day and was no longer an overtired baby.
